How to use:

• Wash and lightly grease before first use. Then simply add your favorite meat, poultry or fish, vegetables and seasoning. After cooking, wait a few minutes before removing food
• Steamers are also great for warming food quickly and easily
• For chilled or frozen foods: run lukewarm water on the bottom, keeping lid in place, before removing
